UK SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

As soon as an order has been placed and payment received we will do all we can to ship all in stock orders as soon as possible, due to the high value of Nalisa Collection items all shipments require a signature at the delivery point to ensure the customer receives their package safely and securely. Although we use the quickest most reliable shipping option, Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed by 1pm Nalisa Collection cannot be held responsible for any third party shipping delays or delivery errors however we will do all we can to help you in the unfortunate event of a delivery issue by providing the contact information to the delivery service responsible.

Once shipped, items are the responsibility of the shipping partner Royal Mail to reach the customer by 1pm the following day (Monday- Friday) as long as the item is shipped within Post Office opening hours. Items shipped on Friday will reach the customer the following business day by 1pm.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Please email contact@nalisacollection.com for international shipping information, please include the items your are interested in purchasing and the full shipping address including city, state, postal/zipcode and country and we will send you all shipping options.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS:

If you order from us from outside the UK, there might be import duties and taxes to pay to get your items. These charges are usually levied when the order reaches the delivery address and the customer will be responsible for the payment of those.

Nalisa Collection has no control over these charges and can't predict their amount. For further information please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

 

RETURNS

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Should you wish to return your item for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt you must notify contact@nalisacollection within this timeframe, order number(s) must be included in all correspondence. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the security label intact and not tampered with. It must also be in the original packaging.
We are not responsible for returned item(s) lost in the mail or at customs, so please collect your tracking information and insure the package. Please be sure you declare the package as RETURNED ITEMS - with no value, as we will not accept returns with a duties fee. Always include your order number with the return.
Pierced Jewellery
In the interest of hygiene and for your protection, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our website return or exchange policy.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. A lot of the products from Nalisa Collection are made to order, these products are not eligible for return under any circumstances, if you are unsure if this pertains to an item you would like to purchase please email contact@nalisacollection.com before placing the order and include the name of the product and a link to the product and our customer service team will be happy to confirm if the product in question is made to order and therefore not eligible for return.

Non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons cannot be returned


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, please include this with your return request.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
A lot of Nalisa Collection products are made to order and one off pieces therefore we are unable to offer exchanges on these products. Should your item be faulty or arrive damaged without wear please email contact@nalisacollection.com so we can make arrangements to find the best solution possible.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product please email contact@nalisacollection.com for return shipping address and instructions, be sure to include your order number on all correspondence.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Due to the high value of Nalisa Collection product we highly encourage customers to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Typographical errors: In the event a good or service to be provided by Nalisa Collection (Goods) is listed on this website at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or errors in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Nalisa Collection shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
