In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item or need to initiate a return please contact us at contact@shopnalisa.com as soon as you receive your order for the next steps. Returns initiated later than 14 days of the delivery date cannot be processed.

All of the fine jewellery at Nalisa Collection is of the highest standard. We only use 14K gold (no vermeil or plated metals), real ethically sourced diamonds, emeralds, rubys and other precious stones. This means with gentle care they can last a lifetime. No need to remove them when showering or cleaning, your skin will not turn green.

*Please note due to the delicate nature of Nalisa Collection's fine jewellery customers should be careful not to snag or break your precious piece. Nalisa Collection cannot be held responsable for any breakage once the jewellry has been worn. We pride ourselves on providing delicate and stackable fine jewellery but as a result it is more delicate than costume jewellery, we promise its will last longer too.
